Serendipity was or is the dream of the Dutch woman Monique Breuer . The Pinot Noir lover has set herself the goal of producing Pinot Noir in six different countries.
The start was in South Africa in 2015, and the second stop since 2018 has been the Pinot Noir stronghold of Ahr in Germany, in cooperation with the Peter Kriechel winery in Bad-Neuenahr/Ahrweiler.
tasting note
Elegant and exciting wine! Made from Pinot Noir grapes from the Ahr. Delicious nose of almond blossoms and white stone fruit, such as flat peach or wild peach. Fruity and full-bodied opening with raspberry and apricot notes, mineral, juicy, with a creamy touch. Spicy and in the glass it presents itself with a pink-white color.
food recommendation
Delicious with light Mediterranean dishes, chicken, turkey, vegetarian, but also with scallops or grilled fish. This lady can even keep up with Asian cuisine.
