On the slopes of Sablet, the vineyard, on average 40 years old, produces low yields as for the rest of the estate. This guarantees a beautiful aromatic concentration of the berries.

This Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet is made from a majority of Grenache for the fruit, to which are added the spices of Syrah and the depth of Mourvèdre.
