2021 Merlot Jean Bousquet

This beautiful red wine is made from 100% Merlot. The wine comes into contact with American and French oak during fermentation. The wine then matures for a further 4 months in the bottle.

Deep violet in color with reddish reflections. Well-balanced nose with aromas of cherries, blueberries, chocolate and sweet herbs. The texture is generous with a core of concentrated red fruits, peppered with a hint of coffee and toasted bread, created by the light wood aging. The finish is long with mild tannins.
