Our limited winter edition!

Whether by candlelight on the sofa or as an aperitif before the festive feast: our BRATAPFEL GIN will definitely put you in the festive spirit. 17 special botanicals such as juniper, baked apple, raisins, cinnamon and roasted almonds provide a seductive aroma that enriches every winter evening.

For this special gin, we teamed up with the Berlin workshops for people with disabilities, who prepared and baked our apples from Werder for us. We then processed these wonderfully fragrant baked apples into a fine distillate. Our gin is distilled by hand in our small copper still in Berlin-Zehlendorf. The basis of all our distillates is organic neutral alcohol.

Enjoy our BRATAPFEL GIN cold with a lemon zest or warm with a cinnamon stick. Candlelight and good company ensure the ultimate moment of enjoyment!
