After harvesting, the grapes are traditionally dried for 4 months, then aged for 24 months in wooden barrels, a further 12 months in stainless steel barrels and then 24 months in bottles.

Lush and harmonious with floral, balsamic notes, accompanied by chocolate, mint and tobacco.

Despite its power and fullness, it is versatile and above all elegant and has excellent aging properties.
