Grape variety: Vermentino

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. A 12-hour skin maceration is carried out to extract the maximum of primary aromas from the grapes, followed by cold settling and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wines are aged on fine lees with batônage for six months before bottling.

Tasting notes: This wine has a very pretty golden yellow color with subtle green reflections. The first nose is dominated by aromas of white flowers, followed by citrus scents typical of the grape variety, which give way to a full, lively, fresh palate with an aromatic persistence in a very interesting finish. This wine is particularly appreciated as an aperitif, with grilled fish or even with sheep's cheese and fig jam. Serving temperature: 10-12 degrees.
