VINIFICATION
The wine was fermented on the mash for 14 days. This was followed by malolactic fermentation and subsequent storage in used barriques for 12 months.
WINE DESCRIPTION
This very full-bodied Shiraz, characterized by red, ripe fruits and spices, has a velvety, expressive tannin structure. You can find plum, blackberry, dark cherry, blueberry, etc. This is underlined by a subtle spice of clove, cinnamon and vanilla. It is very juicy, full-bodied with pleasantly round, full tannins.
