2023 Vanita Pecorino Terre di Chieti Vigneti-Zabu-Farnese 12 pack

Pecorino is a native grape variety from Abruzzo. The grapes are small and the yield per hectare is low. Pressing and destemming, contact with the grape skins for 12 hours at a temperature of about 3 °C, soft pressing and a static clarification of the must, which is required. The wine ferments at 12 °C. 80% of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 20% ​​in 40 hl oak barrels.

This wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose reveals aromas of pear and notes of balsamic vinegar, revealing the top quality of the wood.
