Grape variety: Made from Glera grapes. The growing area is partly in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Winemaking: “White fermentation”: the must is immediately separated from the skins to bring out the freshness and aroma. The “prise de mousse” is carried out at low temperature in pressure tanks. Characteristics: Light straw yellow color, clear with fine perlage. Fruity wine, slightly aromatic with scents of honey, flowers and wild apple.
Serving recommendations: Excellent as an aperitif, very good with starters and delicate dishes.
