2023 Chardonnay Organic Jean Bousquet

This is a 100% Chardonnay that is not aged in wood. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for a further 4 months in the bottle.

Light yellow in color with a slight green hue. On the nose, a rich, fresh and tropical bouquet with a citrus note but also some floral nuances. On the palate, clean and fresh with apple, pear and lemon. An elegant finish.
