2023 Malbec Jean Bousquet

Made from organically grown grapes, mostly from vineyards in Tupungato at an altitude of 1200 meters. It is one of the highest points in Mendoza. The wine is 100% Malbec and comes into contact with American and French oak during fermentation. After that, the wine ages for another 4 months in the bottle.

Violet in color, almost black, typical of a top quality Argentine Malbec. On the nose there are intense, rich aromas of black fruits and a hint of black pepper. The wine has an excellent structure and length. In the mouth there are blackcurrants, plums and a hint of chocolate. A mild and smooth finish.

This wine goes well with red meat, cheese and pasta.
