Classic brandy made from fully ripe cider pears
Thankfully, the tall cider pear, a favorite of wasps, is still widespread in the Kaiserstuhl. We value the small pears for their unrivaled fruitiness, which is the basis for special mashes and our "Willi." Awarded as the best German winegrower's schnapps in 2016 and also our best-selling brandy.
