Yellow color, lovely aroma of yellow fruits, a little exotic. The voluminous, juicy body is supported by a fresh, invigorating acidity.

Limestone weathering soils with dilluvial loess/clay layer.
Fermentation in steel tanks at 18 degrees Celsius for five weeks. After fermentation, the wine is stored on the full yeast for four months and is bottled in March after a single filtration.
