TERROIR From the best plots of the Château (Muriers, Longue, Romarin) as well as from a selection of vineyards in the best locations in Provence, clay and limestone soils, partly planted as terraced vineyards at an altitude of 350 meters. Cool climate for the region with large temperature fluctuations between day and night.

VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. De-stemming. Direct pressing of Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. Syrah is partly vinified using the saignée method. Aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (95%) and in barrels (5%) with batonnage.

TASTING NOTES Elegant, pale pink color reminiscent of a rose petal. Miraval Rosé is elegant and fresh on the nose, with aromas of fresh fruit, fresh currant and rose, with a hint of lemon peel. These fine aromas continue on the palate with a beautiful liveliness and appetizing notes that subtly balance the mineral and salty notes.
