2016 Valpolicella Classico Superiore Quintarelli

One of the best Valpolicella Superiore. With its Valpolicella Superiore, Quintarelli has created a quality that is rarely achieved. Thanks to up to six years of maturation in large wooden barrels, the concentrated fruit always appears ripe. You won't find a normal Valpolicella Superiore in the bottle here. For this wine, too, the grapes are partially dried at Quintarelli before processing. The result is a wine with finesse and character.

Bouquet dominated by cherries and plums, subtle accompanying notes of leather, dried fruit and fresh mint. Rounded structure, strong aromas of ripe red and dark fruit and freshness in the long finish.
