Edizione Cinque Autoctoni by Farnese Vini is a special blend of five native grape varieties: Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques, followed by 13 months of aging.
This results in a magnificent garnet red color. On the nose, complex aromas of ripe cherries, plums, black currants with nuances of tobacco and toasted bread. In the mouth, a full-bodied wine with good tannins, but mild and full of fruit with notes of vanilla and chocolate in the lingering finish.
