2020 Edizione Rosso Limited Release Vigneti-Zabu-Farnese

This limited release edition of Cinque Autoctoni is made from Montepulciano, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. The grapes come from municipalities of Colonnella, Ortona, Sava and Manduria. After soft crushing the grapes are left to dry on the plant and the harvest begins a month later. Maceration-fermentation for 25-30 days, malolactic fermentation in barrique and aging for 18 months.
