2020 Primitivo di Manduria -ZOLLA- Vigneti-Zabu-Farnese

This beautiful red wine is made from 100% Primitivo. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in used American and French oak barrels for 6-8 months.

This Primitivo di Manduria has a ruby ​​red color with violet tones. The nose is dominated by intense, complex and fruity aromas with nuances of small red fruits such as cherry and blackberry. This wine has a velvety structure and is mild, warm and rich in tannins. It has a long finish.

Goes well with pasta, lamb, game and spicy cheese.
