This wine was the second house wine at the Michelin-starred restaurant De Librije in Zwolle for over five years and offers many gastronomic possibilities.
Coming from one of the most important wine regions in Greece, the wine is made from two grape varieties: Syrah (50%) and Xinomavro (50%). All grapes are harvested by hand at an altitude of 720 meters in a region with significant temperature differences between day and night, which greatly benefits the ripening and development of aromas. The Xinomavro grape is a clone of Nebbiolo and is also related to Pinot Noir. This is not surprising since the Florina region is on the same latitude as Burgundy and Piedmont.

The wine has undergone 12 months of barrel aging in French oak, followed by a further 12 months of bottle aging.
