2021 Sherazade Donnafugata

A beautiful red wine made from 100% Nero d'Avola. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for about 2 months in tanks and then almost 3 months in the bottle.

This wine has a ruby ​​red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals summery aromas of strawberries and raspberries, which are really brought to life by the note of pepper. The wine reveals itself on the palate and is sweet with the same notes as on the nose.

This Sherazade goes perfectly with pasta with tomato sauce, grilled fish, salami and mild cheeses. This wine also goes well with pizza.
