The grapes are harvested after drying on the vine for 15 days, which increases the smoothness and complexity of the wine. The grapes are then destemmed and stored for fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 24-26 degrees Celsius. After this process, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels.
