This wine is a brilliant golden yellow with a beautiful head, full of wonderful sparkling fizz. The bouquet is full of clearly distinguishable aromas of peach, apple and a hint of yeast and toasted bread. The taste is fresh, fruity with a well-balanced finish.

Unique in combination with sushi, oysters and lobster.

second fermentation: 37 months on the fine lees.

80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Nero.
