An effortless blend of two classic Cap Classique grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The two grape varieties come from their wine farms in Robertson and Stellenbosch. The grapes are pressed very carefully in the cellar so that only the best quality juice is used for fermentation. The grape varieties are fermented individually.
This classic Cap Classique appears playful and exciting with its charming, silvery color. On the nose you can smell notes of raspberries and cherries. On the palate there is a lively but fine mousse with subtle red currants, which are particularly emphasized by the light acidity.
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to tapas and seafood such as mussels, oysters and crab.
