A dry and fresh Chenin Blanc with a bright, shiny color and palatable, intense aromas of mango, pear, guava, banana and citrus fruits. Medium acidity, fruity finish. The grapes from the Stellenbosch region come from bush-trained vines that grow on granite soils. After fermentation in steel tanks, it is aged on the lees for two months to promote freshness and stability. No wood aging. Perfect with fish, mussels and all light dishes.
Stellenbosch's warm, Mediterranean climate, dry and hot summers; wet and cold winters, lots of wind from the nearby sea.
