Melting coolness. On the nose, pear, apricot, with a hint of grapefruit, on the palate, Williams pear, grapefruit and citrus. A cool wine with depth and length. With plenty of melting, the wine is silky, powerful and elegant. Fine and mild acidity on the palate, perfect as a food accompaniment. This Pinot Blanc has ageing potential for at least five years.
