The grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked to ensure that only the best fruit is used for this wine. The wine ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with partly natural yeasts.
Fine nose with aromas of red apples and melons. Juicy tropical fruit mix in the mouth combined with a perfect acidity with a hint of sweetness. A beautifully warm and persistent wine.
Delicious in combination with salads, chicken, white fish, asparagus and carpaccio.
