Excellent, shiny and crystal clear greenish yellow color. Delicious and typical of the variety in aroma, generous, extremely complex on the nose with pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and boxwood. These aromas are also expressed in the mouth, embedded in an incredible smoothness. The four months of ageing on the fine lees give it this unique smoothness and mildness in the mouth.
