A juicy and aromatic Merlot with soft aromas of blackberry and blueberry, fruity and clear, very drinkable and suitable as an accompaniment to many dishes. It was matured primarily in steel tanks. Goes perfectly with dishes with pork and medium-ripened cheeses.
Stellenbosch's warm, Mediterranean climate, dry and hot summers; wet and cold winters, lots of wind from the nearby sea.
