This wine is half Semillon and half Sauvignon Blanc. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak, 30% of which is new. The wine is aged for 9 months with the application of batonnage.

Remarkable aroma with light notes of toast followed by lots of fruit like mango and plums. Long and persistent finish with lots of finesse.
