2021 Le Gory Saumur Blanc Chateau Yvonne

Gory is made from Chenin Blanc on a 0.15 hectare plot on tuffeau limestone soil. The harvest is directly pressed for 3 hours and then settled in vat for 1 to 2 nights. Fermentation takes place in barrels followed by aging also in barrels finished in vat for three months before bottling.
