Paul Mas' very best wines come from the estate, with grapes from their own vineyards and this full-bodied Viognier. The Viognier goes very well with both full-bodied fish dishes and cheese. Intense straw yellow, with a ripe scent of white peach, apple blossom and tropical pineapple. Lots of peach, apricot and pear on the palate too. Round, but with enough freshness in the finish. A wine that can be drunk generously and should not be served too cool.
