For the red wine cuvée Fass N° IV, only hand-picked grapes from typical Württemberg grape varieties are used: Lemberger - for spice and structure and Pinot Noir - for the fine fruit aroma and the elegant overall impression.
The cuvée matures for almost 24 months in used French oak barriques.
Fine cool fruit of dark berries, elegant and juicy in expression.
Goes well with pork, lamb and mushroom dishes, as well as with snacks.
