The Edizione Limitata Roma Doc is the winery's flagship product. The Montepulciano, Syrah and Cesanese grapes come from the same vineyards as its little brother, but only the best grapes are used for the limited edition. After this careful selection, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a year of aging in barriques of different sizes. The wine is only produced in small quantities and is the company's flagship product.

Ruby red in the glass, with an almost black core. Its bouquet is intense and multifaceted. It exudes the scent of ripe, dark fruits (cassis, plum, cherry) and oriental spices (cardamom, nutmeg) as well as a hint of violet and vanilla. Very powerful and complex in the mouth, yet elegant and soft. Everything is rounded off with perfectly integrated tannins. It needs a lot of air to develop, so be sure to decant before drinking.
50% Montepulciano, 40% Syrah, 10% Cesanese.
