Mediterranean-inspired wine. Like a journey into an amphora.
Born from the meeting with Elisabetta Foradori, the idea of ​​vinifying our beautiful Mourvèdres in terracotta glasses was born in 2013.
Today, every year, eight beautiful, softly shaped amphorae from La Mancha, via Trentino, are welcomed for 6 months in the infusion of our Mourvèdres. The result is a wine at the antipodes of Bandol, with a freshness of fruit not yet recognized and a very fine substance. We have gone from being a sportsman to being a main dancer!

En Sol can be enjoyed with friends or family. Joy accompanies it. It also goes well with dishes based on vegetables, fruits and flowers or fine and delicate fish.
