The Tirus is clear, golden yellow with a very fine, creamy perlage. Incredibly multi-layered and complex in aroma, with fruity notes of peach and melon paired with balsamic aromas of toast, caramel, vanilla and brioche. Very dry, fine, almost foamy mousse, a balanced fresh acidity with a lot of tension, a very slim, mineral body with astonishing length and extremely high balance.
