The TO from Heinz Velich is a cuvée of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Welschriesling.
An enormous saltiness that brings Lake Neusiedl to life in the glass. A delicate, fine structure that the white wine owes to its patient aging on the yeast and a great spiciness instead of ripe fruit aromas. In the glass it is like a walk along a lake in cool, windy weather, when the piers are damp and delicately scented. A fine, elegant Burgundy note awaits you on the finish.
