grape variety/vinification

The grapes are carefully sorted, de-stemmed and crushed. The development of the wine, both in terms of smell and taste, takes about 8 days at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Malolactic fermentation is completed before the end of winter. The wine is aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels of different sizes. This allows this Barolo to develop its good balance and aromas.

color/bouquet/taste

The wine has a very dark red color. The scent is intense and complex with aromas of rose petals, red fruits and spices. A wine with a very good balance and a long, pleasant aftertaste.

food recommendation

Goes well with game dishes, steak and dishes with tasty sauces.
