2019 Conte di Campiano 15 Gradi Limited Edition Cabernet - Primitivo Conte di Campiano

This red wine is made from Cabernet and Primitivo and comes from Puglia. The soil is clayey and calcareous. The grapes are harvested in October. The winemaking process begins with maceration on the skins to extract better aromas and colors. Finally, it is aged in steel tanks for 4-6 months before being bottled.
