the Gigondas appellation in the village of Les Souteyrades.
 GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache 80%, Mourvèdre 20%.

 Mourvèdre (1977).
 VINIFICATION : Blending during bottling.
 Long maceration of 7 weeks in concrete tanks.
 MATURATION: Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
 Bottled without fining or filtration.
