2020 Chardonnay -S- Bechtheimer dry Oekonomierat Johann Geil

Delicate hint of vanilla pod on the nose, notes of orange and pineapple, wonderfully elegant with a dense melt and very beautifully integrated, not too dominant wood from small oak barriques.

In our case, Chardonnay means a glass full of fine pineapple, almonds, tobacco tones and subtle wood. In the mouth, it also shows a great balance between the creaminess, the wood, wonderful fruit such as pineapple and orange, a little vanilla and the fine earthy undertones. Long, powerful finish with a lot of melting. Matured in 500 litre tonneaux and the influence of a small proportion of 225 litre oak barriques, this distribution results in a great balance.
