A wine from the 1000-Eimer-Berg is a real craft. The old Riesling vines of their 1000-Eimerberg produce wines with light fruit and crisp acidity, and are racy and taut. Typical characteristics of our Rieslings are hints of citrus fruit, a straightforward and filigree character and the slate-like minerality.
