Clear, light yellow color. Its bouquet is characterized by impressions of yellow fruits, such as peach, mango and apricot, before giving way to the white pulp of apples, pears and star fruit. The spicy taste sets the tone, very dynamic, with a mass of aromatic fruits, some flower petals and the taste of anise in the background, subtle and light-hearted at the same time. Its minerality gives it a somewhat rough accent. Clear and well-structured wine. The finish is mineral and fruity. 12 months of maturation in barriques, 10% of which in new barriques.
