2020 Rasteau Les Coteaux Escaravailles

Vintage 2022 For the first time, Amphora completes the blend and brings freshness and minerality to this vintage of great aromatic finesse. Vineyard Blend of different small plots with clay-limestone soils, around the estate in Rasteau. Lieu-dit "La Ponce", located at an altitude of 340m. Winemaking The grapes are harvested by hand in the vineyard before sunrise and sorted to take advantage of the cool temperatures of the night. They are completely destemmed. The grapes are gently pressed and cold settled, then the must is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks (16-18°C).
