2020 Rosé de Syrah Domaine Paul Mas

This rosé wine is made from 100% Syrah. The wine is aged on the lees in cement tanks for about 40 days. During the aging process, they retain the maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to the pumping.

Pink color. The bouquet is sharp and fruity. It reveals cherry and floral aromas paired with candied fruits. Rich and balanced on the palate with a long finish.

Delicious with light dishes, grilled and white meat, salads and soft cheeses.
