The Vermentino grapes from which this wine is made grow on a clayey soil created by the abrasion of granite rocks.
To avoid the negative effects of hot weather during harvest, the grapes were cooled immediately after destemming and crushing.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 - 16 °C.
The wine is bottled young so that it retains the minerality and freshness that is so characteristic of a Vermentino di Gallura.
Straw yellow color with bright green reflections. The intense bouquet has fruity and mineral notes, followed by a long-lasting taste with spicy and intense aromas.
Ideal as an aperitif, with starters or main courses with fish.
