The grapes are hand-selected after the early morning harvest. By cutting off superfluous leaves during the growing season, the grapes receive maximum sun and thus ripen optimally. Only the best ripening bunches of grapes are left on the vine and the rest are cut away. This naturally reduces the yield and is therefore very expensive. However, it is absolutely beneficial for the quality.

Aromas of blackcurrant, dried Korinthiaki grapes, cedar, mint and walnuts are found on the first taste of this powerhouse. A very deep, rich and elegant wine with an abundance of black fruits such as blackcurrant and influences of nuts. The support of strong and ripe tannins, as well as the concentration of the fruit, make for a wine that is very suitable for aging for a few years.

This wine can be drunk with a variety of meat dishes such as stews, steaks or roasts.
