The Carricante grapes come from the Contrada Praino on the south side of Mount Etna and the Contrada Verzella not far from the winery on the north side, a total of eight hectares.
Both sites are planted with dense espalier planting and are located at about 600 meters above sea level.
The grapes from the southern Praino site bring the power and strength, while those from Verzella contribute the fine fragrance, the elegant aroma and the cool minerality. The Etna Bianco is only aged in stainless steel tanks, four of which
months on the fine lees.
