In the course of the “oenological revolution”, after initial experiments it was discovered that Syrah produces outstanding results in the right locations.
The vines are planted densely in central Sicily near Caltanissetta. At this altitude there is an interplay between day and night temperatures, which gives the wine its fresh fruit without
it becomes jammy.
After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and macerated in the cold for about two days. After that, the wine is fermented and pressed. After fermentation, the wine remains on the yeast for about five months before being bottled.

Scent: Blueberries, plums, spicy notes of pepper and licorice
Taste: densely packed fruit, fine acidity, noble tannin
