The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small boxes.
The harvest is processed carefully and the must is pre-clarified by sedimentation. The cooled and controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. After several weeks of storage on the pure yeast, the wine is bottled after about 6 months.
wine description
Fruity Pinot Blanc, which has aromas of white peach, mirabelle plum and apple on the nose, and subtle nuances of lime. The cultivation of the vines on slate soils gives the wine an elegant acidity and minerality, which makes it refreshing and juicy on the palate, as well as having a balanced melt.
