This beautiful white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested in the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the elevated aromatics in the wine.

Straw yellow color. The bouquet shows aromas of mown grass, ground herbs, gooseberries and citrus fruits. A variety of aromas combine with clear acids to offer a wine full of liveliness and fruit purity.
